2. Parking Terms

Parking in our facilities constitutes a revocable license, not a bailment. You retain possession and control of your vehicle at all times.

Parking fees are posted at each location and may vary. By parking in our facilities, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Failure to pay may result in penalties, additional fees, or enforcement actions including towing or immobilization where permitted by law.

2.3 Time Limits

Vehicles must not exceed posted time limits. Unauthorized extended parking may result in additional charges or enforcement action.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to enforce parking rules through:

  • Citations or notices

  • Wheel immobilization (booting)

  • Towing at the owner’s expense

Enforcement actions will comply with applicable local and state laws.

4. Vehicle Owner Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your vehicle is properly parked within designated spaces

  • Securing your vehicle and belongings

  • Any damage caused by your vehicle to persons or property

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nationwide Parking Services is not responsible

for:

  • Theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property

  • Damage caused by other vehicles, third parties, or natural events

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for parking.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationwide Parking Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
